Michael completed his Level 3 personal training qualification after returning from Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia where he studied Athletic Training and Sports management . His passion for health and fitness extends beyond the sports field, he found his desire lay in honing his skills and specializing in training clients for muscle hypertrophy and fat loss. Michaels endless energy and and understanding of his clients needs and goal guarantee’s great result.
Outside of the gym Michael continues to pursue his love of sprint training. As a result Michael ensure each personal training session is as beneficial and enjoyable for his clients as possible and ultimately produces the results they desire.
