Fraser is a former martial artist in Thai/Kickboxing, Aikido and Karate fighter who began his training in 1983 with a specialism in Aikido.
Holding the European and British Aikido title for two years in succession before retiring.
As a personal trainer specialising in strength and maintenance Fraser incorporates some elements of his martial arts background into his client programmes and believes that training in any form is based on a high level of positive mental attitude, a great deal of focus and self-belief.
Fraser is very passionate about keeping fit and in his spare time trains intensively in the gym combining martial arts with weight training.
